More than 30 days before departure: Eligible for 80% refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).
15–30 days before departure: Eligible for 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., minimum group size not met, safety concerns, or government restrictions), customers will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
Visa fees, travel insurance, airline taxes, and service charges are non-refundable.
Any special deals, discounts, or promotional packages may have stricter cancellation rules.
Date changes may incur additional charges depending on availability.
Customers are responsible for airline/hotel modification fees.
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
Elitewing Strips is not responsible for bank delays.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected events.
