Refund Policy

At Elitewing Strips, we strive to make your travel experience smooth. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below:

1. Cancellation by Traveler

  • More than 30 days before departure: Eligible for 80% refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).

  • 15–30 days before departure: Eligible for 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund available.

2. Cancellation by Elitewing Strips

  • If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., minimum group size not met, safety concerns, or government restrictions), customers will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, airline taxes, and service charges are non-refundable.

  • Any special deals, discounts, or promotional packages may have stricter cancellation rules.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Date changes may incur additional charges depending on availability.

  • Customers are responsible for airline/hotel modification fees.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

  • Elitewing Strips is not responsible for bank delays.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected events.
